Dan enjoys serving his clients and helping them attain financial independence. For his growing team, he's a staunch supporter of professional development and a willing mentor. He holds CPA* and Personal Financial Specialist certifications from the American Institute of CPAs. This combination of extensive tax expertise and comprehensive knowledge of financial planning is powerful.

Dan lives in Williston with his wife, Anya, a Family Medicine Physician in Colchester. Together they have five children, three dogs, and one cat. They treasure hosting Sunday dinners with their family and friends, traveling and exploring new areas, and practicing yoga together. Dan is also an avid motorcyclist and wilderness enthusiast.

Beth joined Client Centered Financial in 2019 as Dan Streeter's Assistant.  A graduate of the University of Vermont, her professional experience includes Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Planning, and Customer Service, She puts it all to good use, planning team-building activities and events and managing the CCF office. 

For balance Beth attends yoga and Barre classes religiously. She lives in Colchester with her husband Christopher and has two grown sons, Ryan and Collin, two beautiful daughter-in-laws Katie and Amanda and three grandchildren.

Paul has been working as a Paraplanner at CCF since September 2021. He's poised and excited to work alongside his mentor, Daniel J. Streeter, CPA/PFS and President of CCF, expanding the Financial Planning and Risk Management areas. He is in the
process of attaining Investment Adviser Representative status.

In the Spring of 2022, he graduated from PSU with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In addition, he completed the educational requirements for the CFP® designation. A native of Colorado, he moved to Vermont in 2017 with his wife Cari for her to attend UVM Med School. The couple has since moved to San Francisco where Paul works remotely and continues his education in finance.  

Erin Yatsui - Team Administrator

Erin Yatsui - Team Administrator 

Erin joined the CCF Team in July 2024 as a Team Administrator. She's no stranger to Vermont or to CCF. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for both Dan Streeter and Eloise Hedbor in 2009.

Life took her away and for the past 13 years she's been living in the Willamette Valley in Oregon.  She's happy to be back in her native state and childhood town of Underhill where she lives with her husband Darin, their children Mavis and Hazel, two dogs and two cats. 

For Erin, the transition back to the CCF has been wonderful. In her free time she loves baking, knitting, sewing, woodworking, and hiking.  She also shares and keeps the Team extremely happy with her delectable baked goods.

Deb has been with CCF since 2010. She has an intense commitment to client service and expertise in simplifying complexity.

Deb grew up in South Hero and graduated from Champlain College. She worked at Verizon as a customer service supervisor for twenty-plus years. When Deb is not keeping everything running smoothly at the office, one can find her at Hackett’s Orchard in South Hero, a fifty-year-old family business. She and her husband, Doug, have three adult sons and five grandchildren.

Eloise Hedbor - Life Insurance

Eloise Hedbor - Life Insurance 

Eloise loves working with clients to help them realize their dreams. She is a graduate of the UVM with a degree in Economics and Political Science. While there, Eloise was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the first chapter of that honor society to elect women and African Americans to membership. In addition, she worked as a journalist for 30 years.

Eloise is the Grand Isle Rotary's former president and the former chair of the Vermont Advisory Committee to the US Civil Rights Commission. She is the mother of four children and the grandmother of ten. Further, she is an avid traveler. Eloise was introduced to the financial services industry in 1978, working with her late husband, Jim Hedbor, the founder of Client Centered Financial.

Eloise Hedbor is licensed to sell insurance in Vermont, Minnesota, Arizona, New Hampshire, and Maryland.
